GR Infraprojects Q1 net profit jumps 57% to ₹244 crore despite lower revenue

Infrastructure company, GR Infraprojects Ltd, on Friday (August 1), reported a 57% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹244 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, GR Infraprojects posted a net profit of ₹155 crore.The company’s revenue from operations dipped 2.1% to ₹1,988 crore as against ₹2,030 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, EBITDA increased 8.1% to ₹398 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over ₹368 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 20% in the reporting quarter as compared to 18.1% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of G R Infraprojects Ltd ended at ₹1,212.30, down by ₹5.30 or 0.44% on the BSE.
