Indosolar Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, on Wednesday announced an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10 lakh equity shares, representing 2.40% of the company’s total paid-up equity capital.The OFS will be conducted via the stock exchange mechanism on July 10, 2025, for non-retail investors and on July 11, 2025, for retail investors.
The offer is being undertaken to meet the minimum public shareholding norms as per Rule 19A(5) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, and SEBI’s listing obligations. The floor price has been set at ₹265 per share. No discount is being offered to retail investors.

Of the total shares on offer, 10% are reserved for retail investors, and a minimum of 25% is reserved for mutual funds and insurance companies, subject to valid bids. Allocation will be done based on price priority, with retail investors also having the option to bid at the cut-off price derived from non-retail bidding.
Shares of Waaree Energies Ltd ended at ₹3,119.60, up by ₹52.10, or 1.70%, on the BSE.
