Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd on Monday announced it has bagged a ₹2,089 crore order from DLF Ltd for civil and structural works including rough finishing for DLF’s premium housing project The Dahlias at DLF5, Gurugram.The project is expected to be completed over 44 months, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
This is one of Ahluwalia’s largest single project wins in recent months and comes on the heels of two major domestic contracts totalling ₹1,103.56 crore announced on June 27.
These included an ₹821 crore order from Whiteland Corporation for residential towers in Gurugram, and a ₹282.56 crore contract from Nestled Haven Estates and Maia Estates for The Beacon project in Bengaluru.Also Read: NCR-based Whiteland Corp hands ₹2,000 cr deals to Kalpataru Projects, Ahluwalia Contracts

None of the orders involve related party transactions, and all were awarded by domestic private developers.
Following the latest announcement, shares of Ahluwalia Contracts surged 5.71% to close at ₹1,039.90 on the NSE at 2:17 pm, after hitting an intraday high of ₹1,055.20.
