Avanti Feeds Q1 Results | Net profit surges 39% to ₹178 crore on strong operating performance

Shrimp feed company Avanti Feeds Ltd on Wednesday (August 13) reported a 39% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹178.2 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Avanti Feeds posted a net profit of ₹128.1 crore.The company’s revenue from operations increased 7% to ₹1,606 crore as against ₹1,503 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, EBITDA surged 33.6% to ₹214.6 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over ₹160 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 13.3% in the reporting quarter as compared to 10.7% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.The Hyderabad-based company is a leading producer of shrimp feed. It operates with a coherent supply chain and a farm-to-fork model using a vertically integrated infrastructure of aquaculture farms, feed mills, hatcheries and processing plants. The company also exports feed products to Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Shares of Avanti Feeds Ltd ended at ₹677.00, up by ₹12.30 or 1.85% on the BSE.
