Navratna defence public sector undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on Thursday, July 24, said it has received additional orders worth ₹563 crore since its last disclosure on June 30, 2025.
The new orders span a range of critical defence equipment and systems, including the national maritime domain awareness system, inertial navigation systems for guns, and advanced communication equipment.

Other components of the order include active antenna array units, satcom interception systems, seekers, target acquisition systems, jammers, spares, and related services.
Fourth Quarter Results
Bharat Electronics reported an 18.4% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at ₹2,127 crore for the fourth quarter over ₹1,797 crore in Q4FY24, beating estimates. The CNBC-TV18 poll had predicted a profit of ₹1,813 crore.
Revenue from operations was also better than expected, rising 6.8% to ₹9,149.6 crore from ₹8,564 crore a year ago. The CNBC-TV18 poll had predicted revenue of ₹9,047 crore for the quarter under review.

At the operating level, EBITDA climbed 23.2% YoY to ₹2,816 crore over ₹2,286 crore, well above the CNBC-TV18 poll prediction of ₹2,313 crore. The EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 30.8% versus 26.7% in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. The CNBC-TV18 poll had predicted a margin of 25.6% for the quarter under review.
The Navratna PSU reported a turnover of ₹8,850.42 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, up from ₹8,335.01 crore last year. For the full financial year 2024-25, BEL recorded a turnover of ₹23,024.10 crore, reflecting a YoY growth of 16.17% compared to ₹19,819.93 crore in FY24.
Shares of Bharat Electronics Ltd ended at ₹398.15, down by ₹2.10, or 0.52%, on the BSE.
