Polling for the second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 commenced on Tuesday, November 11, covering 122 constituencies amid heightened security.As of 11 am, 31.38% of voting was recorded as per Election Commission’s Voter Turnout App.Earlier, as of 9 am, 14.55% of voting was recorded.
