Brigade Enterprises launches ₹380 crore residential project in Devanahalli, Bengaluru

Real estate company Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Thursday (March 13) said it has launched “Ebony at Brigade Orchards,” a premium joint venture residential project in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.The project is part of the 135-acre Brigade Orchards township and consists of 230 residential units spread across four blocks, with a total development area of 0.5 million square feet.
The project has a revenue potential of over ₹380 crore and is designed to offer high-end living spaces within the integrated township. Brigade Orchards is a flagship development by the company, featuring residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, catering to Bengaluru’s growing demand for premium housing.
