Brigade Enterprises signs ₹1,200-crore GDV residential project in south Bengaluru’s Banashankari

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Limited on Monday (September 22) said it has signed a joint development agreement to develop a residential project in Banashankari, south Bengaluru. Spread across 7.5 acres, the project carries a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,200 crore.

The company said the project is poised to deliver thoughtfully designed, high-quality residential spaces, reinforcing Brigade’s commitment to creating premium urban living experiences in Bengaluru’s growth corridors.

The development will feature premium apartments designed for homebuyers seeking elevated living in a prime location. With proximity to key infrastructure, educational institutions, and commercial hubs, the project is positioned to become a landmark residential address in south Bengaluru.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, said, “Banashankari represents a unique blend of heritage and connectivity, supported by social and physical infrastructure, making it ideal for quality residential development.”

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited ended at ₹923, down by ₹13.35 or 1.43%, on the BSE today, September 22.
