Real estate developer, Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), on Friday (July 18) said that its subsidiary, Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL), has filed a red herring prospectus dated July 18, 2025, with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, at Bengaluru, for its proposed initial public offering.The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares of face value ₹10 each, aggregating up to ₹759.6 crore. The offer includes a reservation for eligible employees of Brigade Hotel Ventures, SRP Prosperita Hotel Ventures Limited (a subsidiary of Brigade Hotel Ventures), and shareholders of Brigade Enterprises.
The public issue will open for subscription on July 24, 2025, and close on July 28, 2025. The price band for the IPO will be determined by Brigade Hotel Ventures in consultation with the book running lead managers.

In July first week, Brigade Hotel Ventures had raised ₹126 crore by selling equity shares to 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management, ahead of its maiden public issue. This transaction represents 4.74% of the company’s pre-offer share capital.The company will use around ₹480 crore to cut debt and ₹107 crore to purchase land. The remaining proceeds will be used to pursue inorganic growth.
