Infrastructure company, Ceigall India Limited, on Tuesday (July 1), said its subsidiary, Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited, has secured a ₹1,199.30 crore road project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract involves the construction of a 4/6 lane northern Ayodhya bypass with a total length of 35.40 km in Uttar Pradesh.”…we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has received a letter dated 1* July, 2025 from National Highways Authority of India, notifying 09® July, 2025 as the “Appointed Date” for the Project,” according to a stock exchange filing.
The project includes Part-1 north of NH-27 from km 0+000 to km 30+400 (starting near existing km 112+540 and ending at km 139+928 of NH-27), and Part-2 south of NH-27 from km 0+000 to km 5+000. The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) as part of NHDP Phase-VII.

In March this year, Ceigall India said it had received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the development of a six-lane greenfield southern Ludhiana bypass.The project, awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), is part of the Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor in Punjab. The contract entails developing a 25.24 km stretch from NH44 near Village Rajgarh to the Delhi-Katra Expressway (NE 5) near Village Ballowal.

The estimated project cost is ₹864.97 crore, while the bid project cost, as per the LOA, stands at ₹1,063.79 crore. Ceigall India secured the project with a bid price of ₹923 crore, with a completion timeline of 24 months.
