China’s recovery sparks record Emerging Market commodity fund inflows; Gold funds hit all-time highs

Calling the EM commodity fund inflows “one of the strongest recoveries since 2020,” an Elara Capital report reflected that the last major inflow cycle between July 2020 and March 2022 coincided with a sharp rally in Indian metal stocks. Analysts at Elara believe a similar pattern appears to be emerging since July 2025.
