Data Patterns (India) Ltd on Thursday posted a 22.2% drop in first-quarter profit, hurt by lower revenue and margin compression. The defence and aerospace electronics systems provider said its net profit fell to ₹25.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, from ₹32.8 crore a year earlier.
Revenue from operations declined 4.6% to ₹99.3 crore, while operational EBITDA dropped 13.7% to ₹32.1 crore. EBITDA margin narrowed to 32% from 35.7% a year ago.
