
The national capital will go to polls for the 70-member Assembly on February 5, and the results will be out on February 8. Ahead of the all-important election battle, the Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) has released a list of candidates with the lowest assets. At least three candidates — Shabana, Yogesh Kumar and Mohinder Singh — have declared zero assets. Let us look at the list of 10 candidates with the lowest assets in the elections.

Ashok Kumar | Congress candidate Ashok Kumar, fielded from South Delhi’s Ambedkar Nagar seat, has declared his total assets worth ₹6,586.

Anita | Anita, a Congress candidate, is fighting from the New Delhi constituency with assets worth ₹9,500.

Khilkhilakar | In the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, Khilkhilakar is contesting from the North-West Delhi’s Mangol Puri seat. The Bahujan Shoshit Samaj Sangharsh Samta Party candidate has declared his assets worth ₹10,000.

Rajiv Kumar | Bhartiya Rashtrawadi Party candidate Rajiv Kumar, who is contesting from South Delhi’s Ambedkar Nagar constituency, has also declared assets worth ₹10,000.

Gulab Singhal | A Bhim Sena candidate from central Delhi’s Burari constituency, Gulab Singhal has assets worth ₹10,000.

Sangh Priya Siddhartha | Bhim Sena nominee Sangh Priya Siddhartha has also declared assets worth ₹10,000. Siddhartha is in the fray from Central Delhi’s Timarpur seat.

Sheela Devi | A candidate from the Garib Ekta Party, Sheela Devi is contesting from North Delhi’s Wazirpur constituency. She has declared assets worth ₹10,000.

Sangha Nand Bauddh | Among candidates with the lowest assets, Bhim Sena candidate Sangha Nand Bauddh, contesting from the New Delhi seat, has assets worth ₹10,000.

Sangh Mitra | Sangh Mitra is a candidate from the Bhim Sena Party from South-East Delhi’s Kalkaji seat. Mitra has total assets worth ₹10,000.

Prashant Chauhan | Congress nominee Prashant Chauhan has declared assets worth ₹11,005. Chauhan is fighting the upcoming Assembly election from South-West Delhi’s Palam constituency.
