Dividend Stock: Page Industries takes FY25 payouts to ₹700 per share so far

Page Industries Ltd., the exclusive licensee of Jockey innerwear in India, has declared its December quarter results, along with which, it has also announced its third interim dividend for financial year 2025.

The company has declared a third interim dividend of ₹150 per share for financial year 2025. Record date for the dividend payout has been fixed as February 13, 2025 and the payout will be made to shareholders on or before March 7, 2025, the company said in its exchange filing.

So far, Page Industries has announced two interim dividends of ₹250 and ₹300 per share.

Taking the current announcement into account, Page Industries has now announced dividends worth ₹700 per share for its shareholders so far in financial year 2025.
For the December quarter, Page Industries reported a 35% growth in its net profit to ₹205 crore from the ₹152 crore figure it had reported during the same quarter last year.The company’s revenue also increased by 7.2% from the year-ago quarter to ₹1,313 crore.

Page Industries’ Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) increased by 34% year-on-year to ₹302.6 crore, while margins expanded by nearly 500 basis points to 23% from 18.4% last year.

The management said that the Indian apparel retail sector confronts short-term headwinds due to dampened consumer sentiment. “Nonetheless, long-term growth prospects remain robust, propelled by economic expansion, urbanisation and rising disposable income,” the management said in its post-earnings release.

Shares of Page Industries surged as much as 3% post the results announcements, but gave up the gains soon after. The stock is trading 1.9% lower at ₹46,014.
