Trump Gold Card: Individuals can apply by paying $1 million. Applications include a non-refundable processing fee and an in-depth background check by USCIS. Once approved, the cardholder can travel and work throughout all 50 states and territories.
Trump Platinum Card: Individuals can secure a place on a waiting list for $5 million. After vetting by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), cardholders can stay up to 270 days in the US without paying taxes on non-US income.
Trump Corporate Gold Card: Companies sponsoring foreign employees can fast-track visas for $2 million, with DHS vetting and an annual maintenance fee. The card can also be transferred between employees, subject to approval and fees.Trump said the programme is expected to generate billions of dollars, which would be used to reduce taxes, fund growth projects, and pay down national debt.
In a Truth Social post, he said the Gold Card could generate “well over $100 billion very quickly,” benefiting American taxpayers.
The initiative is part of the administration’s broader effort to prioritize “extraordinary” talent capable of creating jobs and business opportunities for Americans, replacing some traditional employment-based visa pathways.
