Tech firm eClerx Services Ltd on Thursday (July 24) reported a 26.8% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹141.6 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, eClerx Services posted a net profit of ₹111.6 crore.The company’s revenue from operations increased 19.5% to ₹934.5 crore as against ₹781.9 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA jumped 33% to ₹221.5 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over ₹166.5 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 23.7% in the reporting quarter as compared to 21.2% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

In USD terms, operating revenue increased by 17.1% to $109.2 million as compared to $93.3 million last year. Total revenue, including other income for the period, was ₹945.1 crore, a year-on-year increase by 17.7%. EBIT for the period is ₹197.7 crore, up by 27.1% year-on-year.Basic EPS for the quarter ended June 2025 was ₹30.2 as compared to ₹23.1 last year. The total delivery headcount as of June 2025 stands at 20,261 – an increase of 15% year-on-year.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of eClerx Services Limited ended at ₹3,658.00, down by ₹23.60 or 0.64% on the BSE.
