If this insane spending bill passes, the America Party will be formed the next day.

The legislation in question proposes a record $5 trillion increase in the debt ceiling, and Musk isn’t holding back on what he thinks of it.
In another tweet, he ridiculed both parties, writing: “It is obvious with the insane spending of this bill… that we live in a one-party country – the PORKY PIG PARTY!! Time for a new political party that actually cares about the people.”
This isn’t Musk’s first swipe at politicians. But what’s striking this time is his anger directed at lawmakers who claim to be fiscally conservative. “Every member of Congress who campaigned on reducing government spending and then immediately voted for the biggest debt increase in history should hang their head in shame!” he wrote, adding a dramatic vow: “They will lose their primary next year if it is the last thing I do on this Earth.”
Even the ultra-conservative House Freedom Caucus didn’t escape Musk’s wrath. “How can you call yourself the Freedom Caucus if you vote for a DEBT SLAVERY bill with the biggest debt ceiling increase in history?” he asked.

Behind the sharp words is also a deeper political rift. Musk, who once supported Trump and even ran a short-lived government cost-cutting office under his administration, has grown disillusioned with what he sees as bipartisan hypocrisy.
The timing of the bill’s Senate push—just days before July 4—has added to the drama. While it still faces final votes and amendments, Trump has made clear he wants it passed quickly.
