“Indian Airspace was NOT used by the United States during Operation Midnight Hammer,” it added.
The United States attacked three nuclear sites — Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan — in Iran in the early hours of June 22.
US President Donald Trump warned of major strikes if Iran retaliates. The strikes have increased the tensions in West Asia as the Israel-Iran war, started on June 13, is expected to spread across the region.
America used seven B2 bombers and bunker-buster aircraft to strike the sites. The US Air Force was not hit with any retaliatory strike by the Iranian military.

Several social media accounts claimed that Indian airspace was used by the US Air Force to conduct its strikes on the Iranian nuclear facilities.
Some cited Pakistani media reports confirming the matter, and some cited an alleged Iranian Twitter account verified with a blue tick, probably through a paid subscription.
These claims were stated to be fake as well.
