PNB Housing Finance Limited on Thursday (July 31) said its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Girish Kousgi, has resigned.Kousgi sent his resignation letter to the board on July 30. The board accepted it at a meeting held on July 31. His resignation will take effect from October 28, 2025, after business hours.
The company said Kousgi has decided to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. He will also step down as director on the boards of PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited and PEHEL Foundation, subsidiaries of PNB Housing Finance.
The board said the company has undergone a transformational journey under his leadership and is well positioned for future growth.In his letter, Kousgi said he looks forward to ensuring a smooth transition.
