The e-auction was conducted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) for Residential Group Housing.
TGHB will issue the allotment letter after following the due process, Godrej Properties said in an exchange filing.The land parcel is located in close proximity to HITEC City and will comprise premium residential apartments of varied configurations, the company said.
“Building on the strong response to our recent launch, Godrej Madison Avenue at Kokapet, our presence here allows us to bring national-scale expertise while designing future-ready developments that create long-term value for our residents,” Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, said.On Wednesday, Godrej Properties said it had acquired 7% stake in Godrej Skyline Developers (GSDL) for a total consideration of ₹9.25 lakh from existing shareholders.
Under the agreement, Godrej Properties will acquire 92,500 equity shares of ₹10 each, representing 7% paid-up equity share capital of Godrej Skyline Developers. The transaction will be completed on Thursday, August 21.
Godrej Properties’ net profit for the first quarter increased 15.4% to ₹600 crore from last year, while its revenue declined 41% to ₹435 crore. It reported an EBITDA loss of ₹243 crore for the June quarter.
Earlier this month, Godrej Properties shared a strong outlook for the financial year 2026. The company has set a sales target of ₹32,500 crore for FY26 with expected collections of around ₹21,000 crore.
Godrej Properties shares ended the previous session 1.45% up at ₹2,039.2 apiece. The stock has declined 15.2% in the past month and 26.56% this year, so far.
