HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) reported a net profit of ₹748 crore for first quarter of FY26. This marks a 24% increase from ₹604 crore in the same quarter last year.Sequentially, net profit rose 17% from ₹638.73 crore in the March quarter.
Revenue for the June quarter stood at ₹968 crore, up 25% from ₹775 crore last year.
Total income rose 26.5% to ₹948 crore from ₹1,200 crore in the June 2025 quarter.Sequentially, total income increased 17% from ₹638.73 crore in the previous quarter.

HDFC AMC’s quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) market share stood at 11.5% in the June quarter.
HDFC AMC shares jumped 3.5% to hit a 52-week high of ₹5,547.50 after the results. The stock has gained over 57% from its 52-week low of ₹3,525.05 in April 2025.
