Israel Iran War LIVE Updates: The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Iran launched a missile strike targeting Central Israel.This comes after the IDF said around 20 IAF fighter jets conducted intelligence-based strikes using over 30 munitions on sites across Kermanshah, Hamedan and Tehran.
The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting after US entered the war against Iran. US President Donald Trump on Saturday night (local time) said Iran’s key nuclear sites were “completely and fully obliterated” by US strikes. Iran had requested the UN Security Council to convene an urgent meeting on Sunday after the US attack.
The US has also issued worldwide caution for Americans. The last such caution note was issued back in October 2023, when the Israel-Hamas conflict began.
