Jio, Google partner to offer free 18-month Gemini Pro plan worth ₹35,100 to young users

Under the plan, users gain higher access to Google’s Gemini 2.5 Pro model, 2 TB cloud storage, video generation via Veo 3.1, image creation using Nano Banana, and enhanced tools like NotebookLM, Gemini Code Assist, and Gemini in Gmail and Docs. Activation is available through the MyJio app under a “Claim Now” banner.

Existing Gemini Pro subscribers will be able to switch seamlessly to the free ‘Google AI Pro – Powered by Jio’ plan upon expiry of their current paid subscriptions.

The collaboration also extends to enterprise users: Reliance Intelligence will serve as a strategic partner for Google Cloud to broaden access to AI hardware accelerators (TPUs) and drive adoption of Gemini Enterprise, Google’s next-generation agentic AI platform for businesses.Mukesh D.
