Heating equipment maker JNK India Limited on Friday (August 22), announced that it has secured a significant order from JNK Global Co Ltd, Korea (JNK Global), one of its promoters, for providing design and engineering support for a cracker furnace package of a refinery project in India.
The order has been awarded by the international entity JNK Global and will be executed in India. The project delivery schedule has been set for December 21, 2027.
JNK India clarified that while the order falls within related party transactions, it has been entered into on an arm’s length basis. The company further confirmed that there is no potential conflict of interest arising from this transaction.

The scope of the order covers design and engineering support services for the cracker furnace package, a critical component in refinery operations.
JNK India manufactures heating equipment for process industries such as oil refineries and petrochemical plants. The company handles everything from design to installation, serving both the domestic and international markets.
It is one of the well-recognised heater companies in India, having a market share of approximately 27% in the segment, in terms of new order bookings in the financial year 2023.

Shares of JNK India Ltd ended at ₹299.15, down by ₹6.20, or 2.03%, on the BSE today (August 22).
