JSW Infrastructure appoints Neeta Mukerji as additional and independent director for three years

JSW Infrastructure has announced that it has appointed Neeta Mukerji as an Additional and Independent Director of the Company, for a term of 3 consecutive years with effect from August 23, 2025.This decision was made after the company’s Board of Directors held a meeting today, August 23, 2025.

In the statement, the company also announced the appointment of others, including the appointment of Devki Nandan Sharma as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director of the Company, the appointment of J Nagarajan as Chief Financial Officer, and Debabrat Mishra as Senior Management Personnel.

In addition to the appointments, the company also announced the completion of the tenure of Ameeta Chatterjee as an Independent Director, along with the resignation of Nirmal Kumar Jain as an Independent Director owing to advancing age.On Friday, August 22, the shares of JSW Infrastructure fell by 3.45 or 1.12%. In the past month of trade, the company’s shares have seen a decline of ₹16.40, or 5.10%, in their value. The current share price stands at ₹305.30 per share.
