Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. on Thursday, July 17, said it has, along with its international subsidiaries, won new orders worth ₹2,293 crore.The orders are for the company’s buildings and factories business in India and in the power transmission and distribution business in overseas market, Kalpataru Projects said in an exchange filing.
“With these orders, our order intake till date in FY26 has reached ₹9,443 crore, giving us good visibility for future growth,” Manish Mohnot, MD and CEO of Kalpataru Projects, said.
Earlier this month, the company said it had, along with its international subsidiaries, secured ew orders and notification of awards worth approximately ₹989 crore.
The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹225.4 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025, up 37.2% from the ₹164.3 crore in the year-ago period.Its revenue increased 18.3% to ₹7,066.7 crore from ₹ 5,971.2 crore in the previous fiscal. The company’s earnings before interest taxes depreciation and amortisation was up 18.9% to ₹537.8 crore from ₹452 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal.

Shares of Kalpataru Projects were up 3.3% at ₹1,237 apiece at 9.20 am on Thursday, July 17. The stock has declined 5.74% this year, so far.
