Knowledge Realty Trust IPO allotment: Steps to check status on BSE, NSE and Kfin Technologies

Knowledge Realty Trust, India’s fourth real estate investment trust (REIT), is expected to finalise the share allotment status for its initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday, August 12. The IPO investors are now waiting for the share allotment after the mainboard issue closed with a strong subscription on Thursday.Knowledge Realty Trust IPO, worth ₹4,800 crore, comprised entirely a fresh issue of 48 crore shares. The IPO was open for bidding from August 5 to August 7.

The issue was oversubscribed 12.48 times on the final day of bidding on Thursday. The IPO received applications for over 260 crore shares compared to the 20.84 crore shares on offer.

The institutional investors category was subscribed 9.07 times, while other investors’ portion was booked 16.57 times.The price band for the IPO was fixed at ₹95 to ₹100 per share.

Investors who participated in the IPO can check the allotment status online via the official websites of the BSE, NSE, and the issue registrar, Kfin Technologies Ltd.

Steps to check Knowledge Realty Trust IPO allotment status on BSE

· Visit the BSE IPO allotment page at https://www.bseindia.com/static/investors/application_statuschecksystem.aspx.

· Select ‘Equity’ as the issue type.

· From the dropdown menu under ‘Issue Name’, select Knowledge Realty Trust.

· Enter your Application Number or PAN.

· Click on ‘Search’ to view your allotment details.
Steps to check allotment status via Kfin Technologies website:· Visit the Kfin Technologies’ IPO allotment page at https://ris.kfintech.com/ipostatus/.

· Select any one of the available ‘Links’ from the five options.

· Choose ‘Knowledge Realty Trust’ from the dropdown menu.

· Enter your PAN, application number, or DP/Client ID.

Investors can also check the Knowledge Realty Trust IPO allotment status on the NSE website using their PAN and application number.

Knowledge Realty Trust GMP

The shares of Knowledge Realty Trust are quoting a premium of 1.50% in the grey market, an unofficial ecosystem where shares start trading before the allotment in the IPO and continue till the listing day. Most investors track the grey market premium (GMP) to get an idea of the listing price.

The company will initiate refunds and transfer of shares to the Demat accounts on August 13.

Shares of Knowledge Realty Trust REIT are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 18.

About Knowledge Realty Trust REIT and use of IPO proceeds

Knowledge Realty Trust plans to utilise ₹4,640 crore of the IPO proceeds to repay debt of the asset SPVs and investment entities, with the balance allocated for general corporate purposes.

The REIT structure enables investors to invest in rent-yielding real estate without directly owning physical property. Following Embassy, Mindspace, and Brookfield REITs, Knowledge Realty Trust will be the fourth REIT to be listed on the stock exchanges in India.

It is the country’s largest office REIT by gross asset value, with a portfolio worth ₹61,998.9 crore as of March 31, 2025, and ranks as the second-largest office REIT globally by total leasable area.
