Krystal Integrated Services gains 6% on securing key airport contracts

Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd (KISL), a leading provider of integrated facility management (IFM) services, surged nearly 6% on Tuesday after the company secured contracts at major airports across the country.The new agreements, which include contracts at Chennai International Airport in Tamil Nadu, Trivandrum International Airport in Kerala, and Chandigarh International Airport, will see KISL enhance its service offerings across security, hygiene and facility management services, the company said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
At Chennai International Airport, KISL will be tasked with maintaining the T4 Passenger Terminal’s MESS (Meals, Equipment, Sanitation, and Services).
The scope of this contract involves housekeeping, security, property and building management and engineering services, providing a comprehensive integrated facility management solution.Meanwhile, at Trivandrum International Airport, KISL will provide SLA-based security services, deploying skilled personnel to ensure the safety and security of the airport terminal.
At Chandigarh International Airport, KISL has been awarded a contract focused on sanitisation services, covering key areas of the airport to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for passengers and staff alike.“These contract wins underscore our commitment to providing top-tier security, sanitation, and operational services. With these new partnerships, we continue to reaffirm our mission of elevating facility management services to global standards, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for travelers and airport staff,” said Sanjay Dighe, CEO and Whole-time Director of Krystal Integrated Services.

Opening flat at ₹423 apiece on Tuesday, shares of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. rose 6.2% to touch an intraday high of ₹449.80 apiece on the BSE.

With its expanding portfolio, KISL is poised to continue playing a key role in shaping the future of facility management across key sectors in the country, including healthcare, education, public administration, and infrastructure, the filing added.

Krystal Integrated Services offers a comprehensive range of services, including staffing solutions, private security, manned guarding, payroll management, and catering services. It served 369 customers and operated at 2,487 customer locations across India in the fiscal year 2024.

Shares of Krystal Integrated Services were trading 6% higher at ₹448.6 apiece on the BSE around 10.51 am.
