Leading NBFC, Muthoot Capital Services Limited, on Wednesday (July 9) said it has approved the issuance of up to ₹125 crore worth of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through private placement.The company’s Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee cleared the issuance of 12,500 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, and taxable NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000. The NCDs will carry a coupon rate of 9.5% per annum, with interest payable monthly.
The instrument has a tenure of 24 months, with a bullet repayment structure for principal on maturity. The deemed date of allotment is July 15, 2025, and the maturity date is set for July 15, 2027. These NCDs will be listed on the BSE.

Fourth Quarter ResultsMuthoot Capital Services reported a net profit of ₹46.31 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. For the January–March quarter (Q4 FY25), the company posted a profit of ₹16.25 crore.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Ltd ended at ₹338.00, up by ₹8.05, or 2.44%, on the BSE.
