Prism Johnson reports net loss of ₹5.6 crore in Q1; revenue rises 7%

Prism Johnson Ltd. reported its financial results for the first quarter, posting a net loss of ₹5.6 crore, narrowing from a loss of ₹18.3 crore in the same quarter last year.Revenue rose 7% year-on-year to ₹1,922 crore, compared to ₹1,746 crore in the year-ago period.

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) grew 28% year-on-year to ₹169 crore, up from ₹132 crore.EBITDA margin improved to 9%, compared to 7.5% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of Prism Johnson are trading 1.23% higher at 147.60. The stock is down 13% on a year-to-date basis.
