The investment marks Radico Khaitan’s expansion into the next generation of premium spirits, reinforcing its position as a pioneer in the industry and driving new growth opportunities.

The company’s first product launch will be a luxury tequila in the coming months.
Further, Radico Khaitan said its board of directors has approved a strategic investment and partnership with D’YAVOL Spirits B.V. and D’YAVOL Spirits Private Limited. As part of the deal, the company will acquire a 47.5% equity stake in each of the two entities for a total consideration of up to ₹40 crore.
The agreements, signed with D’YAVOL B.V., D’YAVOL India, Aryan Khan, Harprit Singh, NK Enterprises Holding Limited, and Kamath Technology LLP, will make Radico Khaitan the largest shareholder in both companies. The partnership will oversee worldwide marketing, trading, and distribution of premium spirits, with luxury tequila as the first launch.The transaction spans both domestic and international markets, with Radico Khaitan taking two board seats out of four in each company and appointing the Chairperson. The deal includes provisions for ROFR, tag-along rights, pre-emptive rights, and strategic decision-making consent from all shareholders.

D’YAVOL B.V., incorporated in the Netherlands in 2018, reported an average revenue of EUR 1.2 million over the past two years. D’YAVOL India was incorporated in August 2025.

Shares of Radico Khaitan Ltd ended at ₹2,882.60, up by ₹29.70, or 1.04%, on the BSE.
