Agri solutions provider, Rallis India Ltd, on Monday (July 14) reported a 98% year-on-year (YoY) zoom in net profit at ₹95 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Rallis India posted a net profit of ₹48 crore.The company’s revenue from operations surged 22% to ₹957 crore as against ₹783 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA jumped 56.3% to ₹150 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over ₹96 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 15.6% in the reporting quarter as compared to 12.2% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

Further, Rallis India has announced that its board of directors has agreed to relieve Subhra Gourisaria from her role as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 24, 2025, as she will be joining another Tata Group company.The board, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Bhaskar Swaminathan as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 7, 2025.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Rallis India Ltd ended at ₹353.80, up by ₹10.00 or 2.91% on the BSE.
