Shreeji Shipping Global IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on August 22, following the strong subscription. The IPO was open for bidding from August 19 to August 21.
The retail segment of the IPO was booked 21.94 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category was subscribed 72.7 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their quota 110.41 times.The bookbuilding IPO, worth ₹410.71 crore, comprised entirely a fresh issue of 1.63 crore shares.
The company has proposed to utilise the IPO proceeds for acquiring a Dry Bulk Carrier in the “Supramax” category, which is aimed at reinforcing the company’s fleet size.
