Shriram Properties Ltd. on Friday, July 4, informed the stock exchanges that it has launched a new project ‘Codename: The One’ in the Electronic City corridor in Bengaluru with a revenue potential of ₹350 crore.The project is expected to be developed in the next three years. It offers 340 two and three bed residences, with an aggregate saleable area of approximately 5 lakh square feet, the company said.
It also comprises a ‘sky terrace’ as well as top-end amenities, the company said.
The project is located near Bommasandra Metro and Narayana Hrudayalaya and is surrounded by over 500 IT firms. It is close to major tech hubs such as Wipro, Infosys and HP. It also offers connectivity to the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway and the proposed Hosur Airport.”We are confident of success in this launch, that closely follows overwhelming success of our maiden launch at Pune under the ‘Codename Superstar’ recently. In line with our commitment to sustainability, a tree is planted for every home sold in this project,” Gopalakrishnan J, the company’s executive director and CEO, said.

The company’s shares were trading 1.74% lower at ₹96.3 apiece at 1 pm on Friday, July 4. The stock has declined 10.8% this year, so far.
