United Spirits Ltd | The alcohol and beverage company’s Q1 net profit fell 13.7% YoY to ₹258 crore, missing estimates, while revenue rose 8.4% to ₹2,549 crore. EBITDA dropped 9.4% to ₹415 crore, with margins narrowing to 16.3% on higher costs and increased brand reinvestment.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd | BPCL posted a 22.8% QoQ jump in Q1 net profit to ₹6,124 crore, beating estimates, while revenue rose 1.2% to ₹1.13 lakh crore. EBITDA climbed 24.4% QoQ to ₹9,663.3 crore, also exceeding analyst projections.

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd | The company said the US FDA has closed its inspection of the SEZ II, Ahmedabad plant, conducted August 11–13 for three products and cGMP compliance, with no observations.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd | IRCTC reported a 7.4% YoY rise in Q1 net profit to ₹331 crore, with revenue up 11.8% to ₹1,159.6 crore. EBITDA grew 5.8% to ₹396 crore, and margins improved to 34.2%.

Vishal Mega Mart | The company’s Q1 revenue rose 21% YoY to ₹3,140.3 crore, EBITDA grew 25.6% to ₹459 crore with margins at 14.6% (+60 bps). Net profit jumped 37.3% to ₹206 crore, aided by higher other income.

Jubilant FoodWorks | The company’s Q1 net profit rose 29.5% YoY to ₹66.7 crore, beating estimates, while revenue grew 18.2% to ₹1,702 crore. EBITDA was up 16.3% to ₹323.5 crore, with margins at 19%.
