Akhilesh Mishra, India’s Ambassador to Ireland, called for justice in the case while questioning the media coverage of the “alleged” violent attack.

“How can an “ALLEGED” assault cause such horrible injury & bleeding? Aghast at the insensitivity & obfuscation of RTE (Ireland’s National Public Service Multi-Media Organisation),” Mishra wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

“Hope the perpetrators are brought to justice,” he added, while thanking the police and Irish people for their support to the victim.
