Revenue dropped 16.3% to ₹910.6 crore from ₹1,088.2 crore in the same quarter last year, while EBITDA fell 33.5% to ₹71.2 crore from ₹107 crore. Operating margins narrowed to 7.8% from 9.8% in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Alongside its results, the company’s Board of Directors approved the reappointment of Indrajit Mookerjee as Executive Director & Vice Chairman for a period of one year from April 2, 2026, and Sudipta Mukherjee as Managing Director for five years from June 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Shares of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd ended at ₹147.25, up by ₹5.25, or 3.70%, on the BSE.
