This company announces 550% interim dividend per share

Banco Products, a company that manufactures automotive and industrial cooling products, has declared its quarterly results for FY2024-25 and announced an interim dividend for investors.

In its board meeting, Banco Products approved an interim dividend of ₹11 per share, translating to a 550% payout. The company set February 14, 2025, as the record date, determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend.

The payout will be made on or after February 25, 2025.

Banco Products has a consistent history of rewarding its shareholders, declaring dividends 26 times since its first payout on July 2, 2001.
The company also announced a 1:1 bonus share issuance on December 30, 2024. Earlier, on December 16, 2024, it declared a ₹20 dividend, and on September 7, 2023, it announced a final dividend of ₹14 per share.Meanwhile, Banco shares ended in the red on February 7, closing at ₹461.10 per share, down 1.74% from the previous close of ₹469.25.

Over the past five years, Banco Products has delivered multibagger returns, surging over 790% and more than doubling investors’ wealth.

The small-cap stock, with a market capitalisation of ₹6,595.45 crore, continues to trade under ₹500 despite its significant long-term gains.
