Former US President Donald Trump on Monday renewed his criticism of Harvard University, calling it “very antisemitic” and threatening to withdraw $3 billion in federal grant money. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the money would be better spent on trade schools “across our land.” He wrote: “What a great investment that would be for the USA, and so badly needed!”
Trump also raised concerns about foreign students at Harvard, stating that he was waiting for the university to release a list of such students.
“We are still waiting for the Foreign Student Lists from Harvard so that we can determine, after a ridiculous expenditure of BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, how many radicalized lunatics, troublemakers all, should not be let back into our Country,” he said.He added: “But have no fear, the Government will, in the end, WIN!”

The remarks follow previous accusations by Trump, who has claimed Harvard harbours “radicalized lunatics” and opposes federal oversight on admissions and hiring practices.
Last week, the Trump administration moved to block Harvard from enrolling foreign students. A judge has since suspended the order, pending a hearing this week.
Trump has placed $9 billion in federal funding under review, frozen $2.2 billion in grants, and halted $60 million in official contracts with the university. His administration has also taken steps to deport a researcher affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
