Tabish Qayyum, spokesperson of the Pakistan Markazi Muslim League, a political wing of JuD, told PTI that the funeral prayer for Qari Abdul Malik, Khalid, and Mudassir was held in Muridke amid high security.
“India, which attacked Pakistan, will receive a response in broad daylight,” Qayyum told PTI. He added that the three persons were sleeping in a room adjacent to the mosque when India attacked and the mosque was destroyed.

The Indian armed forces targetted and destroyed nine terror camps in the intervening night of May 6 and 7 in response to the Pahalgam terror attack. The strike was executed under Operation Sindoor in 25 minutes between 1:05 am and 1:30 am.
Indian Army used artillery guns and drones to target seven Pakistani terror camps and IAF used fighter jets to target two terror camps.
Armed forces said the targets were selected based on reliable intelligence and the locations were selected to avoid any civilian casualty.
