US Stock Market Highlights: Stocks rose while oil prices plummeted again on Tuesday (June 24), as investors bet that a delicate ceasefire between Israel and Iran will hold. The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 507 points, or 1.19%, while the S&P 500 gained 1.11%. The broad market index is now less than 1% away from its 52-week high. The Nasdaq Composite advanced 1.43%. Oil prices were sharply lower for a second straight day. US crude oil slipped more than 6%, alongside international benchmark Brent.
