Valuations ease, earnings surge—are midcaps poised for another leg up?

With mid-cap companies continuing to deliver stronger earnings than both large- and small-cap peers, their valuations have also become relatively more attractive. This earnings strength is now reflected in index performance: the mid-cap gauge has outperformed both the Small-Cap index and the Nifty50.
