Bengaluru-based technology services provider Wipro Ltd. sees revenue growth to be between -1% to +1% during the second quarter in constant currency terms.During its results, reported after market hours on Thursday, July 17, Wipro’s constant currency revenue growth declined 2% quarter-on-quarter during the April-June period, which was in-line with what the Street anticipated.
For the June quarter, Wipro reported revenue of ₹22,080 crore, which is marginally lower than the CNBC-TV18 poll of ₹22,087 crore.
The company’s earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) grew by 0.6% from the previous quarter to ₹3,813 crore, which is higher than expectations of ₹3,787 crore.
EBIT margins stood at 17.3%, which is lower than the previous quarter but higher than the CNBC-TV18 poll of 17.1%.For the June quarter, total bookings stood at $4,971 million, up by 24.1% sequentially and 50.7% year-on-year in constant currency. Large deal bookings stood at $2,666 million, an increase of 49.7% QoQ and 130.8% YoY in constant currency.

The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹5 per equity share of face value ₹2 each. Record date for the same has been fixed as July 28, 2025
The payment of the interim dividend will be made on or before August 15, 2025.
Ahead of Wipro’s earnings, global brokerage firm Morgan Stanley has upgraded Wipro to ‘Equal-Weight’, with price target raised to ₹265 per share.
Shares of Wipro ended 1.54% lower on Thursday at ₹258.75. The stock is down 14% so far this year.
