Zaggle enters into agreement with Apollo Health, shares rise 1%

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd on Friday, July 4, said it has entered into an agreement with Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and its subsidiaries for its employee expense management.The fintech and solutions company said it would provide Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and its subsidiaries, Zaggle Zoyer & Zaggle Save (employee expense management & benefits) propositions.
The agreement is expected to be executed in three years.
Last month, the Hyderabad-based fintech company said it expects to generate ₹55–60 crore in revenue over the next year from Greenedge Enterprises, one of its two recent acquisitions.The company acquired Greenedge for around ₹27 crore and Dice Enterprises for ₹123 crore.

Zaggle has set a long-term goal of becoming a billion-dollar revenue company within the next five to seven years. The Dice acquisition is expected to support the launch of its international operations, initially planned for FY26, which may now get accelerated. With this, the company aims to expand its client base in global markets.

Zaggle Prepaid shares were trading flat at ₹420.65 apiece at 11.15 am on Friday, July 4. The stock has declined 22.8% this year, so far.
