CNBC-TV18 has reached out to ACME Solar but the company is yet to respond to its query.
At the end of the March quarter, the promoter entity held a 83.3% stake in ACME Solar. In August 2025, the company’s board had approved raising funds to the tune of ₹3,000 crore.
Last week, the company said it has, via its wholly-owned subsidiary ACME Surya Power Pvt. Ltd. commissioned the additional 34.59 MW / 155.49 MWh capacity of the battery energy storage system (BESS) project in the Bikaner district of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. With this, its arm achieved a cumulative commissioned capacity of 245.53 MW/1,103.39 MWh, the company said.
Shares of ACME Solar are off the highs of the day, currently trading 1.7% higher on Monday at ₹315.3. The stock is still up 33% so far this year, and is now trading above its issue price of ₹289.
