Ahead of US strike on Iran, fund flows into EMs hit a 28-month high
The US is now directly involved in Israel’s war with Iran after American bombers struck three main nuclear sites in the Central Asian country, against the advice of US allies, the United Nations, as well as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the nuclear watchdog. In the week before the escalation, global fund flows spiked, particularly in favour of emerging markets.
