Our flights to and from Tel Aviv will remain suspended till 25th May 2025. Customers holding valid tickets for travel till 25th May 2025 will be offered a one-time waiver on rescheduling charges or a full refund for cancellations.
The suspension follows a 4 May incident in which an Air India flight from Delhi to Tel Aviv had to be diverted to Abu Dhabi due to missile activity near the Israeli capital’s airport. While no passengers were harmed, the event prompted an immediate review of the airline’s operations in the region.
The carrier has advised passengers to monitor updates through its official communication channels and contact customer service for rebooking or refund assistance.
