The acquisition comes shortly after Arvind SmartSpaces signed another high-rise residential project on Sarjapur Road in February 2026, strengthening its presence in Bengaluru’s residential market.
Commenting on the development, Priyansh Kapoor, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, said, “FY26 continues to be a strong year for our vertical development portfolio. We are happy to add our third high-rise project in Bengaluru in the year.”
He added that with the latest addition, the company’s cumulative new business development topline potential for FY26 has reached about ₹2,840 crore, with three Bengaluru projects contributing nearly ₹1,740 crore.“Brand ‘Arvind’ continues to resonate strongly with homebuyers and landowners alike, and we look forward to adding new projects across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and MMR,” Kapoor said.
The new project will be Arvind SmartSpaces’ 11th high-rise development in Bengaluru. The company entered the city’s real estate market in 2013 and has since added 15 projects in the region, of which six have already been delivered while nine are at various stages of development.
