Bliss GVS Pharma board approves appointment of S.N. Kamath as Managing Director

Bliss GVS Pharma Limited on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, said its Board of Directors approved the appointment of S. N. Kamath as the Managing Director of the company for three consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. Kamath is the promoter of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited and is presently associated with the company as its Chief Executive Officer.

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved his appointment as Managing Director with effect from the date of passing of a special resolution by shareholders. Upon receipt of shareholder approval through a postal ballot, Kamath will hold the office of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The shares of the company ended 1.06% in the green in the session on Tuesday. The stock has gained over 19% in the past six months.

Bliss GVS Pharma reported an 8.9% quarter-on-quarter rise in consolidated revenue for the quarter ended September (Q2 FY 2025–26), while revenue grew 18.8% on a year-on-year basis. During the quarter, expenses increased 24.5% sequentially and were higher by 19.7% compared with the year-ago period. Net profit declined 35.6% quarter-on-quarter but recorded an 11.3% increase on a year-on-year basis.
