CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. has announced an interim dividend for its shareholders, at the conclusion of its board meeting on Tuesday, March 18.The company’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved an interim dividend of ₹1.30 per equity share, representing a 65% payout on the face value of ₹2 per share for the financial year 2024-25.
According to the company’s filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), the record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for the dividend is set for Saturday, March 22, 2025.
